What does a credit buy?
A run, or part of one. Each workflow prices its profiles in whole credits and shows the price before you start. 1 credit is $1.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. Plan credits reset at the end of each billing month.
What if a run fails?
Runs that fail before analysis begins are not charged. Runs that stop early are charged for what ran and say so on the invoice.
Can I cap spend?
Yes: a monthly cap per workspace and a per-run cap. A run that would exceed a cap does not start.
Is there a free plan?
No. When hosted runs ship, new accounts get a starter grant that covers a first run.
Do you invoice or take purchase orders?
Enterprise plans are invoiced. Everything else is by card.
Is there an annual discount?
No. Plans are monthly and packs never expire; there is nothing to prepay.
